Other players

Is it multiplayer?

Yes. Anyone in a venue with a blue @name tag is a real person. Greet them, trade gist, message them with ready-made Pidgin replies, and send your house link so they can come and visit (up to three guests at once). Blocking and reporting are one tap away. Friends and other players →

Can I buy or cash out game money?

No. Naira in Agege Life is game money: it cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and offering to trade it for real money gets accounts closed.

Someone is bothering me. What do I do?

Open your chat with them and tap Block: they can no longer message you or come knocking at your house. Report sends the conversation to the moderators.

Account and saving

Do I need an account?

No. The first time you open the game you play as a guest, and your life is saved on our server against that browser. To keep it on any device, open Phone → Settings → Keep this life on any device and confirm your email with a six-digit code.

What happens if I clear my browser or use another device?

A guest life lives in this browser only: clearing its site data, or opening the game somewhere else, starts a new player. Once you have saved your life with your email, use Log in to a saved life on the other device, with an email code or a password if you set one. Fixing problems →

Will my progress be kept?

Yes. Your life is saved on our server after every action and kept between visits. The game is in Public Beta; in the rare case a reset is needed, it is announced on the updates page first.

Can I delete my account?

Yes: Phone → Settings → Delete my account. It signs you out everywhere and removes your @name, your characters’ names and looks, your messages, friendships and visits. See the privacy page for what is kept.
