Questions, bugs and account help
hello@agege.life — for anything about the game: a bug you found, a sign-in problem, a player who broke the rules, or an idea. For a bug, say what you did, what happened and which device and browser you used; a screenshot helps. Check the troubleshooting guide first: it may already have the answer.
Privacy and your data
privacy@agege.life — to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask about the Privacy Policy. Write from the email address on your account, or tell us your @name, so we can find it. You can delete your account straight away in the game: Phone → Settings → Delete my account.
Staying safe
We will never ask for your password, your sign-in code, or any money. Sign-in codes come from codes@ and only when you ask for one; anyone else asking for them is not us. To report a player now, open your chat with them in Messages and use Report.
